She should re - train

During the visit to the government agency yesterday, the ladies work at general information and Paper process Windows should leave around 12:30 P.M to 1:00 P.M. for Lunch. Right around 12:00 P.M. they already closed the Window for lunch time. As indicated on the window sticker. 12:30 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. is lunch time. I meant, there were literally 20 some people waiting. They simply not doing much instead of chatting and talking over the phone for casual conversation.
We waited like hald hours, and expected the Windows re - open around 1:00 P.M. But, they came back around 1:20 P.M. Can you believe it? Unfortunately, there is no complaint box where we can drop our complaint paper in it.
When we walk up to the Windows, that lady with an un - friendly tone to reply our questions, plus, they seems reluctant to answer further more questions. I felt like my tax dollars simply wasted on those incompetent people there. We pay them to treat us like that? They should need to be re -trained. Had you experienced this before?

Just because they have these cushy "lifer" high paying union jobs gives them the right to treat people awful and abuse their position. They just busted some city workers the next county over for sleeping in their vehicles! I bet they all make $20+ an hour too! I want to make that kind of $ & be able to take a nap on the job!

Oh, I know what you mean, I think this goes all around the world. People working for the government have the feeling that they never need to improve because they won't get fired ever.
I have the same feeling towards the government employees in my country. It seems they are overly relaxed and don't really perform well. I'm even in favor of letting them go for contractual and no more permanent positions. They're a waste of our taxes and worst, they are the ones who are corrupt too.
This is why I hate going through these offices. You waste your time there, and they expect you to be patient with them just relaxing their days away and who pays them? the people who are waiting!
