I am watching lifestyle network for cooking lesson then I write down there recipes but when I go to the market some of the ingredients were not there or out of stocks then when I cooked it its not what it used to look like in the cooking show. maybe I should stick to my old style of cooking . but often i love to do some experiments on cooking add some ingrediets that are not actually in the main ingrediets to add a little twist on the taste. I also plan to take a baking calss so I would know how to baked and when ever there is a party I would but cakes in the cake gallery but will baked one, saves money.

I enjoyed cooking for my husband and children but after the divorce I stopped most of my cooking. My children are grown now and living away from me so I don't cook much. I used to like to experiment with different spices and flavors and I occasionally do that even now.
My boys used to love the birthday cakes I baked for them and the cookies I made, too. They really enjoyed Christmas when I would bake a birthday cake for Jesus and we all decorated it!

Ha, ha! I understood that, friend. I have become very skilled at reading what people mean as opposed to what they say. We have so many languages spoken here that I have been able to understand almost anyone's English or phrasing.
Baking cakes isn't that hard, I think you will be good at it. My cakes never looked pretty until they were decorated. Those pictures of lovely cakes are usually plastic models! What matters is the taste.

Hello,I do like cooking not only because i love tasty food that i cook but also it helps me to decrease the cost of meals, i always trying some new food and ways from the recipes.nut beacause of my busy work during the past year,i can cook just once in a while on saturday or sunday,and go to a restaurant the rest of the time.

Theoriotically, I love cooking because I always imagine that I cook some tasty food for the whole family, believing it so easy as long as I follow the instructions from the TV programme or cookery books.
But, the fact is, I am clumsy at this. I hate to cut meat because I worry my fingers will be cut and bleed.
I hate to buy the complicated ingredients from the market. Only this task alone would take a half day.
Even though I set to cook something, busying boiling, frying, the outcomes are often disapointing. I don't know why the food I cook is distasteful. why? what's going wrong?
