Do I have to give out my credit card no.? If so, why? Please anyone from the Philippines who has done this enlighten me on this one. Thank you I will greatly appreciate your responses.

Hi... Some would say it is much better if you linked your paypal to your bank account so it would be esier for you to claim your money.
For my case I have not linked any account on the paypal since I wanted my other account to be safe. I am not really sure if Philippines is already accredited to paypal. But you need to sign up for paypal account since all your payouts from here will be send there.
I only cash out the money through Mlhuilier here since they accept payments from paypal. You could try to check the xoom.com.
Hope it help you.

hi... I am not sure if Cebuana Lhulier is accepting paypal. I just knew of Mlhulier. You can log on to www.xoom.com and sign up as a member then through that you can send money to yourself from your paypal account. The sender will be you and the receiver will also be you. You have to check first whether your city is on the list of the linked stations. Then they charged you for about $6 for every transaction and the minimum transaction will be $30.

Yes, Paypal is accredited in the Philippines. In fact, I have used this as my main mode of payment through my online earnings. I have utilized it for various transactions online too. You can opt to add your debit card if you do not have a credit card. it is a great way to withdraw your money from paypal.

You don't need to use your credit card. You only need an e-mail and that's it. It is available in the Philippines that's they are using PayPal to donate.
