how to find a foreign financier or investor for my business

yes, you are right i means real estate business including land development, housing development,property development etc.in Bangladesh population growth rate is very high and people always try to increasing their living quality. people like to own a apartment from a real estate development company., as real estate company can offer and provide good price,monthly installment facility,quality assurance and many more facility and benefits to customer. To start a real estate development company business, Bank are willing to financial support as a loan surely, but bank not support from the starting point of starting time. Bank are start financing from the middle time of set up a company. So i'm looking for a financier from private sector, or an individual investor. If i get a foreign finance, we can get some extra benefits from our government, like Tax reducing.

In fact I have just closed a deal for my land with a property developer here yesterday on a joint venture basis. By the way, do you have ready lands to be developed there? Before a company want to invest in a foreign land they have to do a feasibility studies of the area like the political situation of that country etc. Maybe if you are serious, I can send you the email address of the developers that I am dealing with. You know this is the right time in here to start this real estate business. We just got new government after fair election, so Political situation and environment is very positive now to the investor and investment. Many of people ready to own a apartment in this time, even all of they are ready to pay a part of amount as a booking money, but 1st we need to start construction apartment. After construction basement, Bank also ready to finance.So initially i need little capital to start construct and to be get ready to catch bank finance and booking money from customer. While the business will be rolling money will not problem. but now in the starting period, really need. I have study long year about this business, investment, fusibility,out come and around all side. without any doubt i can say its a great business with high ratio of profit margin. and within short time investor may reach the destination with the big profit ,without hassle.
