In the Africa continent in North Tanzania a lake named " Nortan lake" present. it is also called as "soda lake" as more "sodium carbonate" is present in this lake. the water in this lake is warm and is very odourous.
what anecdote do you know?

There is a lake like that here in the U.S., the Great Salt Lake in the desert state of Utah. The Mormon people settled that area in the 1800's and it is a prospering state today. They went there because everywhere they went, people tried to kill them because at that time they believed in having more than one wife. There was even a bounty on their heads! Anyway, they settled around that smelly lake and eventually built a beautiful city.
