 I love chocolate! I adore chocolate! I can't imagine my life without it! But it got me to wondering, what type of chocolate could be considered the best? What kind do you like? The American chocolates, milk and dark chocolate? Or do you prefer the European chocolates which are usually dark and more bitter than the American kinds. What do you think?

I've tried other american dark chocolates but this is the only one I like so far. although I haven't tried any european ones. but that's okay, I'm happy with my dark chocolate bars. and the kids don't like it much so I get it all to myself! and forget flowers, all my husband has to do is bring me dark chocolate bars and I'm happy!!

Your discussion on chocolates is very wide. When you talk about chocolates, you are including all types of chocolate. Like Hershey bars to posh, no-nonsense quality chocolates. But whatever it is, we chocoholics just love to munch on chocolates. Chocolate is well known for its medicinal properties(without the sugar of course) and the ancient mayans use it not only for making hot chocolates but for other purposes too. Cocoa trees are the source for chocolate. Once in a while, a cocoa garden blossoms and out of every 10000 flowers, only 20-30 cocoa beans are found, which makes chocolate precious and special.
