Someone said to me "Your hair looks really shinny and lovely". In response I said that I was using a conditioner. Really I was pregnant but I wasn't really to say about about that. I didn't let people know I was pregnant until I had seen a specialist to say that my baby didn't have spina bifida and hydrocephalus. So only saying the half truth in that case helped people have less worry. So sometimes it is wise to be secretive and only to reveal the truth when it is best to do so. It is not good to lie and the half truth can be positive. If people can handle it the complete truth is the best thing to say.

Yeah, I agree with you. In some cases half truth is better as it could helped other people not to worry much. It was like when a friend of yours asked about your health conditioned and you simply said I'm sick, even though the truth is you have a cancer. And also like in your case. Telling half truth is not that bad.

Half truth, probably better, than a lie. Moreover, if we really want to cover up something, for the actual purpose well. However, problems often arise, not all people understand, about the goals that we take action, even, we can be deemed truly do lie, if at a later, could be revealed. It becomes a dilemma, perhaps better to see the situation, before making decision like that.

As much as possible it's better to tell the truth, but since we can't make it all the time, we tend to lower down by telling half truth. Although time comes when everything will be revealed and sometimes it could end up with dilemma even though your motives is not self interest but still people have different interpretations understanding and acceptance of the whole situation.

I think there's a fine line between the terms "half truth" and "half lie". Obviously "half true" has a better/more-positive connotation, so it's definitely better in my opinion. But at the same time, it's like the half-empty/half-full dillema. It's a different way of saying the same thing, if you ask me, although with the terms "empty" and "full" (like "truth"/"lie) you put a slightly positive or negative spin on it.

Truth and falsehood, which launched two words are both equal because both will trigger the feelings in our soul. So we say that a man listening to lie that I love and who loves us and we confess falsely believe it, we say that we lived as we head fake feelings? I do not think that I felt were genuine feelings. So we could say that as long as we do not have to live intensely important value to others speak, because it then becomes our truth.
