The person who killed 9 year old Elizabeth is 15 years old but they are not saying if its a girl or boy. I assume that they have mental issues, never shown any type of love or a bad seed. Its quite alarming.

The truth is it is a girl from St Martens Missouri her little sister was a victim of the friend. I am from that area and all the kids go to Jefferson city Public Schools. She had a hearing to determine whether or not she was gonna be released or kept in a juvenile facility or turned over to social services. The judge ruled she would be left in a juvenile facility till the hearing. The FBI is also involved searching the ex boyfriend's home. The hearing which is on November 18th and may actually be open to the public.

I know I heard that it was a fifteen year old girl who planned it and it was written in her diary. She has some serious problems and I hope she is not ever released again. She needs to be in a mental institution or jail. For a 15 year old to decide to kill a little girl that is just horrible and she needs to pay for it. At 15 years of age a child knows better. I hope she is tried as an adult. I can't imagine what her sister is thinking. I wonder if the 15 year old was jealous of her sister and her friends relationship.

I agree like I said earlier you commit a crime to a child of any kind they should throw the key away. Stop arresting people for drugs, put them in a rehab program not doing hard time for drugs. That is how we will make room for the real criminals in this world, the pedophiles and predators.

Maybe we need cameras on each and every corner of America. Or maybe we need a cop on every street in America. I don't know what its going to take to stop the crimes that are happening again our precious children. Thank you for responding.

Actually, there could be more than one person involved in the murders, right? What did the police say anyway?

I just heard that they are going to charge a 15 year old person and they are not revealing if its a boy or girl with the murder of Elizabeth. Which tells me maybe its a girl. This is all I have heard concerning the death of this poor innocent little girl. Thanks for responding.

A 15-year-old? That is really terrible. How did that kid become a murderer? I guess the punishment for this person would not be as harsh as that of an adult because he or she is just a minor.

Now its been revealed that they are charging a 15 year old child with the murder. They are not saying if its a girl or boy being charged. What is happening in this world today. You are correct do not leave your kids out of your sight unless they are with an adult that you know. I feel so bad for the children of today that can't have a normal childhood like I did 43 years ago when I was 9 years old. Thank you for your response.
