are you good at sports?any kind?  

I am definitely not the athletic type. Too clumsy. In school, when we played softball, I sprained every finger because I held my hands wide open and the ball hit my fingers. In Physical ed class, when we were in the gym, I would fall and bruised my knees or elbows or something. I was always sore from bruises. I hated it. I wanted to retire to a corner and read a book. As an adult, I finally learned to swim. I'll never make the Olympic tryouts, tho.

When I was at the university I am the champions in the
Volley ball team and also I used to like all the sports activity
in order to keep the body more fit, still I am liked to swim lots
and also I am more expert in the swimming . As you have knew that
the sports activity is one of the main and also it would helps us
to keep our body in perfect and fir condition and also we feel the
freshness after the sports activity. So most of the medical professional
would advise us to do any one sports activity in order to have the good
and healthy life styles.

I use to be very good at Track & Field type sports back when I was younger..anything that involved me running LOL I'm very long legged..gymnastics was also somethign I was good at....Basketball (though I hated it) and volleyball too..

these days though, my body is too shot for any of that stuff..

Okey, maybe i'm interest on playing football, vollyball, badminton, chess, but regularly i play football on weekend with my friends.

I never really been into sports, my mates even wonder why i dont follow football they say all men like football! I suppose its because ive been brought up by my mother and nan so ive never had a father figure there to do things like football with.
Ive always loved Weight lifting though and whenever i can afford it i will try to go to the gym

karate,i ama black belt and travel all over the worldfor competitions.its a lot of hard work and training butallworth it when you complete,and stand on the podium with your countries flag and a medal

bowling and pool....my dad owns a bowling so...thats what I was exposed to my whole life..

I am good at cricket as a batsman and a bowler, table tennis, basketball and carrom. Apart from this I like to play football and badminton. I would like to try tennis.
And Yoga is not a sport.

Hi! I was really good at High jump, triple jump and 800 mts race at my school days...! And got some medals too...! But now I fine less time to concentrate on sports as I am working now. If I get an opportunity now, I will try to prove mys self that I still deserve to have the medals...!
