How do you know when to leave?

..yeah.. indeed there are considerations why we still stick to our job even if we are not already happy.. Just like me, I really really wanted to look for other jobs.. however, my present job pays well.. But I want a working environment where I could feel comfortable.. That's why I am considering to look for other sidelines so that if I transfer to another job, then at least I have other sources of income since in our area, the company I'm working is one of the top paying institutions.. The thing is, I don't like the management and I am not happy anymore.. I told myself that what is the use of working when I don't get to enjoy being in the institution.. I do love my work because this is my passion already but I don't like really the environment and as I've said, the management.. Biases and being subjective is very evident..

I guess... happiness is the main reason why you have to stay in a company. If yo think t is okay that you stay because you know that even there is no growth for your career there.. you still ave the urge to go to work each morning because you love who you work with.. but if you are not happy with the people.. ost probably there will be no career growth for you.. then you have to leave.

My job is OK, I don't hate my job, but sometimes just feel boring about my job, it seems like I do the same thing everyday, and no passion is job, but if there is an opportunity with high salary or good develop for my career, I think I will change my job, the only reason I still sicking to it it that my work place is really a good place to practice English.
