Will you give if man in the street ask for a few dollars?

I would go buy them something to eat and give that to them. I might give a few cents but never dollars. If they smell like booze I don't give them anything but if they look like they might actually spend the money on something good and I had it to spare I would always give what I can. God blesses those that help others.

I have had very bad experiences with beggars so I don´t give them anything. I do give something to eat to children who come to beg at my house. They are sent to ring bells and ask for money and they don´t get anything for themselves. It´s a sort of slavery only noone likes to call it that way. So I ask them to wait, make a GOOD sandwich and tell them to eat it in front of my eyes or give it back. They are very happy with that sentence.
I never forget that I work for what I have. There are lots of people who want money but won´t work.

I am really broke and a few dollars is a lot to me. A few dollars puts enough gas in my car to get me back and forth to work for a couple of days. No...I don't just hand over a few dollars of my hard earned cash. That does not mean that I am not willing to help. If the person needs food....I usually have enough that I could share. I try to find out just what they need the money for. If I am able to help I do. If not, I try to direct them to a place where they might get help.
