Who does the caring for nurses?

As you said, Nurses are human too! They have family, friends, boyfriends and girlfriends, parents and loved ones. Once they're sick, I'm sure these people would come to their aid to comfort and pamper them. I would do the same really if I come to have a friend or a family member who profession is a Nurse. But I'm sure there will be lots of complain as I'm not good as she/he is. But it doesn't matter, as long as I can help her/him. And what about doctors and caregivers, I think they can be as TLC as Nurses too.lol

of course their parents,husband if they are married and of course the hospital by itself take care all their employee and one of them are nurses.

Nurses take care of humans. We are all humans. So it could be that when you're sick, a nurse will take care of you, too, when you get admitted in the hospital. Our immediate family members take care of us at home. Because of your being a nurse, your mom was assured in telling you in a way, to take care of yourself.
