I watch comedy tv programs. I walk along the sea shore. I listen to soothing music. I play with small kids. What about you?

Hello dear brother, Uhmnn,if it is not a very bad day...i wouldn't mind about it. I go with my daily work and tasks. But, if it is really a very bad day...i would rather listen to my favorite songs and locked my room. Staring the ceiling ,maybe counting sheep (hahaha) Music and music alone can take away my sorrow and mood swings

Hi Vijayanths.Another Good discussion started.Keep it up. In case of Bad day i cheer myself with lots of things.First of all i relax by reading my favourite books and go for a cool drive. Some of my favourite books are Rich Dad Poor Dad,Mythology traits etc.I love to read such books.I also enjoy slow music in bad day.I also call my friends on phone and start some conversation on some topic to reduce the effect of worstness. There are various ways through which i cheer myself and the most popular one it to read my favourite books.

I watch Spongebob Squarepants, like I wait for the program's time of showing before I go to bed. I also watch comedy programs like the Life's funniest moments and Funniest animals. I switch on to MTV and Channel V sometimes to sing along to videos that I know. I play with my dogs , my dogs are funny and stubborn. Their innocence makes me happy. LIke I will tie a ribbon on their end tail and they will chase it, so the picture is they are rotationg and rotating to get the ribbon until they will feel dizzy amd me of course I end up laughing hard.

There are several ways that I do to entertain myself if having a bad day: 1. trying to sleep, if it fails .... 2. watching p*rn movies, if it fails ... 3. go to the swimming pool, swimming with looking beautiful woman in a bikini ...

I eat or sleep, then sometimes I scan the tv and to check if there's a good film to watch. I also listen to some music or read a good book. Sometimes I do call some friends to chat with and catch up.

Hi vijayanth When I have a bad day, I will overcome it by playing with small kids, listen to their innocent talks and enjoy their smile, play with kittens and puppies and enjoy them running here and there, hopping and jumping on me, reading books and watching some comedy scenes

I tend to watch or read something funny until I'm in a good mood. On a rare occasion, I might just open up a word document and rant about the bad day as a way to let off some steam. And then followed by something funny to watch or read. If it's really, really bad and if it's night time, I might just sleep on it till the next day. I'm always better the next day.
