Ok guys bear with me with the proper spelling, i am not quite sure of the spelling of this kind of fish. I just discovered it way way back before my boyfriend arrived. I was then in the supermarket buying for my weekly grocery. Part of my planned dish for that week would be to have fish fillet. since tuna and salmon are quite out for the budget, I asked one of the crews under the frown fish station and recommended me to try "Cream Dori". Don't worry, ask for the fillet ones. Then I bought 1 pack. For dinner, I tried said cream dori fillet with flour dipped in scrambled egg then dip it to bread crumbs until fully covered. After that, cook it in a deep frying pan. Oh by the way, when clean up the fish, don't put salt anymore because it has a salty taste. Rub some pepper too. After it's done, prepare your favorite sauce. It tastes good really. Try it.

I never heard of this before. I am not even familiar with that type of fish. I think there are some fish that have similar names but I'm not sure what they are. I like to do a Mexican Baked fish with fillet. It is a pretty good fish and one that I look forward to having any time. I think that I would always like it and make it quite often.
