How often do you receive money in your checking account?

Mostly, the only money we receive in our checking account is our paychecks. My check comes twice a month, and my husband's will come every week. It's definitely nice to feel rich, at least for a little while, when both of our checks come in at the same time.
Occasionally, I'll get other deposits, but those are infrequent amounts. Those deposits could be considered surprise money.

We get money a few times a week, my husband's check comes 2 times a month. I sell books through Amazon so I get deposits from them twice a month. Then I do sites like this where I get money sent to my pay pal account, and when it gets to a certain amount I wll transfer the money to my checking account from my pay pal account I always get deposits from Half.com twice a month for some books I have listed on there, it is very little but at least it is something.

At least you're not holding all your eggs in one basket. If something dries up, you have other avenue of finances.

You definitely have quite a few avenues of money. It's nice to have that many to choose from.

Not as often as I'd like!
Weekly for both of us. But hubby has decided to cut my availability for my job (as he watches the kids while I"m @ work) & it's his busy season. It makes me sad cause I enjoy my work, being somewhere seperate from my kids & house and of course the money helps us keep out of the red... well most of the time anyways.
