Is a bad health of the pregnant woman to smoke?

I think it would be better for both mother and baby if mother didnt smoke. Thats what the doctors say and they are the ones that know about the dangers of smoking

yes,it's bad to every body who suck in the smoke.you could google it on net.it's especially bad to pregnant woman and their child.so if one is pregnant.she should quit smoke some time for the health of her kid.take good care!luck.

Smoking during pregnancy is not good for the healty of the baby. The baby could develop any kind of sickness that cause it health problem in future

Very much. It is not only harmful to the pregnant mother, but especially to the baby. Either your baby will have congenital anomalies, or baby will die inside the womb. The most crucial stage is during the first 3 months of prgnancy. If the mother doesn't quite smoking, then the baby is very much critical.

I think there are many women who have smoked through their pregnancy's and have had very healthy children. I also think the opposite is true. I think there are some women who do a lot worse while they are pregnant. I am a smoker with two children and I quite smoking before and during my pregnancy's and went back to it after nursing my babies. I did have a couple drags of cigarettes during my second pregnancy and my son is just fine. I do not think smoking is healthy in any way, however I do have the addiction piece.

Smoking is not good for health. We all know that. When a person is pregnant, she is connected to teh child and it says there will be an impact of whatever you eat on teh child.There will be an impact of your thoughts on the child when you are pregnant. So, it is very clear that smoking is not good for the health of the baby when you are pregnant.I don't undertand why a woman can avoid smoking for at least 9 months when she is pregnant.

That is definitely wrong. I hope that girl would realize that before anything bad can happen to her child. Smoking is the one thing that she should avoid at all cost if she cares for her baby and I hope that it is not too late for her to realize this.

Its a strict no no for a pregnant woman to smoke as it is not good for a baby .doctor advise the pregnant women to abstain from alcohol and smoke at least during pregnancy time.women who smoke during pregnancy can lead to miscarriage,premature delivery,respiratory problems,low weight during birth,colic complication,it also cause infertility,

It is 100% better for a baby to have non smoking parents than to deal with a little stress over giving up.

I am just so floored when I see a pregnant women smoking! I think it should be illegal! I just don't get how women are OK with smoking while pregnant... it's only 10 months of your life that you should sacrifice, for the sake of your baby's health.

A lot of people do think if a baby is born without problems from a smoking mother then there's nothing wrong with it. Well, they don't know that until later on in life when the baby grows up.
