i am so lazy and always in front of the computer, my freind told me to try walking, she lost about 10 pound in two months, do you think it works for everyone? anyway, i'm going to try it. please also tell me what else i can do?

I think,No matter what exercises all can lose you weight,if you can stick to exercise.You also can lose 10 pound in two months if you do like your friend.
If you keep lazy,and always in front of the computer,you will never lose weight.

yes, u r right, i actually can see some result now, i feel lighter and even feel so much comfortable with myself now .
by sitting at home is the worst thing to do.

in my opinion, I think the best way to lose weight is running, and walk after dinner is also a good idea,it can make your body healthy

if you keep eating the same (or even less), and star either walking or doing any other type of exercise- every day, then yes, you will indeed lose weight. I can't say exactly how much, though.
