What did you do with your first salary?

I can't remember the exact thing I have done with my first salary. It was many years ago. I think that I used it to buy some personal things. I had a problem when I received my salary. It seems that it's difficult for me to make a good budget and stick to it so that I can save something. It has been my problem for so many years and I hope that I can discipline myself well.

I also gave my mom my very first salary as a professional. I can still imagine how happy she was during those times. A mom's pride to have a daughter graduated and find a job was a dream come true for her.

I do not remember what I did with my first salary because it was like five years ago lol. I think I spent it on my own needs because I lived far from my parents and my salary that time was relatively small. I got a raise a few months later and I gave it to my mom. She looked so happy as if I brought her one million bucks lol

It actually took me a while before it ran out. I didn't really spend it on myself alone, I actually helped my parents out too. But I didn't treat my friends, instead I treated my family.

It's great that you gave all your salary to your mom. It's great to do that. However, I didn't want to do that to my mom because if ever I could give her money, I'd like to do it regularly. So when the time comes when I could finally do my budgeting well, I'd take out a portion of my salary and give it to my parents. But for now, I still have a lot of obligations and besides, they still could earn a lot more than I could ever give.

Yup, I guess that's the best thing we could do as a token of love for parent's sacrifices.
