How do you think?

For me, poker is not a sport in itself but a gambling game in general. I don't know how to play poker and I have no intention of learning it. I don't know but that is my personal view about poker game. I know that there are many who are playing poker and they enjoy it. I think that if there are no bets on the side, it is one of the good games for recreation.

I think it's just a game and very depend on your lucky,,,

I wouldn't consider Poker a sport since it's a game of luck. Takes great skill, alot of nerves and alot of guts. Requires alot of thinking and knowledge of numbers. When i think of sport, i think of physical activity. sitting down playing cards doesnt cut it as a sport for me.

Poker is not just a card game, is a real sport not like football or hokey but is a sport. I give you one exemple, the World Series Of Poker it last 8 days, 10 hours every day 8 days . Is a marathon . I heard many peoples say that poker is just a play of luck, is not true, if u wana be a good player, you certenly need to work hard for that . A good poker player has good ability to read guys, a good ability to bluff them and patien without thist 3 ingridients you can make money from poker.

It's a card game. A sport requires some sort of actual physical activity. There is no physical activity in poker or at least not anything worth talking about. People who think that poker belongs on ESPN are, in my opinion, slightly deluded.
