Telesales who won't talk to me!

No, really. Telesales who call and then refuse to speak to me -and these are calls from my own bank.

We have a joint bank account and they keep asking to speak to hubby and then refuse to speak to me. I wouldn't mind but they are only trying to sell us something it isn't like sensitive information is being exchanged.

That and the fact that they don't follow instructions. I spoke to one last week and told her to call back next month - when we might know where we are financially so there would actually be some point in speaking to an advisor. This week we've already had three calls - all for hubby - and it's only Wednesday. Then they wonder why I get annoyed and point out that if they are that disorganised and inefficient I'm not sure I trust them with what little money we have!

Does anyone else have to deal with a bank or company like this?
