does your other half witter on about rubbish

i am sure my hubby is bored to tears sometimes too because i usually go on about history (because i am a fanatic!) sometimes he will watch it with me because i watch sports with him.

doormouse men are men while we women are something else and most men like to witter on about history, cars, boats, why not try to establish one interest you may have in common so he wont witter on and annoy you so much. but I am wondering why did you marry him if he annoys you so much with his interest? surely you knew of them before you got married. seems a tad unkind this discussion , what if he made one like that about you? why do you have to be annoyed at him?

There has of course been times when what my husband talks about bores me but I also know that there are numerous times when what i talk about bore him so this road works both ways but because we love each other we always listen to the boring conversations because it is the right things to do. I am not trying to be front here but I think you should try to let him talk about what he likes because I am sure that you would like for him to listen to the things that you like and he might not, this is what building a strong relationship is all about...Wish you the best =)

My husband just keep on about his chickens as well as the pigeons,not that i am interested about them.I have learnt that if you just keep saying yes they tend to shut up,well mine do.lol.

lol mine too! He carrys on an hour conversation about boats and crap and I could tell you a thing about it! Not that I just dont care It just truely doesnt mean anything to me and I just keep saying uh huh! I just let him go - Guess he needs to get it out and even if I dont listen and I think he knows that I just let him go on! Part of loving them I guess! Sorry guys but you prob dont care when we wanna talk new shoes or what polish to wear!

If he reads that it's over...lol I know what you mean, but don't you think you should you a bit of interest in stuff he like. Does he show in interest in your likes. My ex fiance, used to make me watch home remodeling shows, and makeover shows, and in return she watched some of my stuff too.
