what usually you eat in the morning?

i usually have cheese and ham sandwiches with milk or coffee as a drink and on off days when ive got plenty of time scrambled eggs additionally

Hmm... Mostly I eat biscuits or bread toast with milk
But every Sunday its something special

My daily break fast varies day by bay
I love to eat idly daily.
Some times, dosa, noodles, Egg, Oats..Depends on avaialabily and time.
Sure i drink milk daily in the morning

Well...I can't start my day without drinking milk (;) But what i eat depends on my mood but usually i eat a slice of bread with butter and jam.Sometimes cereals or other times omelette

I have a cup of tea around 7.00am and they a I do yoga/exercise and wash my face and then about 8.30am or 9.00 am I have breakfast.

I don't stick to one food in the morning. I do eat bread and butter, string hoppers, hoppers, noodles etc... like that..

Even biscuits on some days..

A bowl of cereal with cooooooold milk is by far the best breakfast - when it's a working day. I can add some quickly-sliced fruit and it's a meal by itself.
When it's the weekend and there's plenty of time for breakfast, then my choice is definitely lots of toast and coffee, some eggs on the side and lots of newspapers -to read, of course, not eat:)
Having a good breakfast is a great way to start the day; so, my theory is, why not ensure that I have a good breakfast - if it means it's a ticket to a great day ahead!

i usually it fried rice together with a vaiant. A cup of hot chocolate or fresh milk, would be nice. I eat a heavy breakfast because i have school.*smiles*

I usually eat rice every morning so that I can't get hungry very easily. Our mother always prepare rice and any kind of viand every morning because rice is much cheaper than to buy bread. I love drinking cholate drink or ginger ale in the morning I stop drinking coffee for months because I have a problem in my bladder.

Eating in the morning is supposedly good for you, but it only makes me groggy throughout the day. One thing that I'm sure to drink is a cup of milk, any flavor. I need to have the calcium to get taller!!
