Do you often light candles?

I like having candles around, but I simply don't get a chance to light them up very often. I'm not sure why, but it's just the way that it's been for quite some time for some reason or other. Maybe there will be a time, when I'll have more opportunities to light some candles. Who knows?

With a 4 year old and a 15 month old I don't light candles just for pleasure. I do, however light a smelly candle every day to try to get rid of the poopy diaper smell in my house. I also have a daycare here. But the candle is very high up where none of the kids can reach, even while standing on a chair.

Hi ladym, it's nice for you to light candles during Christmas and Halloween. This definitely would boost the cheerful atmosphere of the grand festival high and exciting! It's still two days to go before the Halloween. I hope you enjoy the pleasant Halloween night happily with candle light We don't celebrate Halloween. We celebrated the mid-autumn festival last month. Beside carrying with lanterns of different shapes and colors with lighted candles in them respectively, the kids did enjoy lighting candles around the compound under the fascinating moonlight. We, the adults sitting around the outdoor table with many delicious desserts and moon cakes of different flavors as well as green tea on it We enjoyed eating and sipping as well as chatting cheerfully with so many lighting candles around Happy posting and Halloween!

I do enjoy lighting candles but I don't do it often either. Whenever I get home from work I'm just too tired and too lazy to think about finding the lighter, positioning the candles so they don't burn anything down and light them. I do occasionally light them on the weekends whenever I can pay them more attention but otherwise, I don't light them much.

We buy them every now and then but I have a couple of kids and fire makes em' do crazy things. My daughter saw the effects of fire when she held her napkin over the little flame, she ran screaming and big brother grabbed the fire extinguisher. So, we don't light them very often, maybe at night when they've gone to bed.

I do like candles but not as much as other people. We do have quite a few candles around the house and my mum will light them every now and then. I think women have more of a thing for candles more than guys do lol. I also have a friend and she likes candles. Sometimes I find her in the lounge room ( when I go to her house ) with candles everywhere lol So I guess she has a big thing for candles. -AidanKay.

hi ladym33. we light candles up only when it's black-out. my children are very happy because when the lights back they run fast towards the candle to be the first one to blow it and they even sing happy birthday.
