No house no marriage?

I think that any kind of house is OK. why would you have to buy a house to get married? It is skind of strange to think that you would need to have a house in order to get married, but I guess that is the culture that you need that to happen. I think so anyway. You cultural thing is differnt.

it's a fact and will be for a long time, I think. Nowadays get married in China cost a lot of money, but quite funny, those money did not keep the relationship long, in China, the divorce rate is keep going up. Those are problems hard to solve.

Personally, i have an obssession to have my own house before getting married.
But i doubt i'll make it because of nowadays economic situation.
So, i'll be realistic. the most important thing is that i have a place to live exclusively with my wife when we married. it doesn't matter if it's a rented house.
i'm lucky that i'm not getting married soon. i still have some more times to prepare it. though it's rather hard, i hope i'll have my own house, even if it's small.

In my view, whether a house is necessary in marriage depends on the marriage market and the relationship between lovers. Let us analyse the marriage market at first. It's a fact that in this market there are more potential husbands than potential wives, which means girls have more say, so it's not strange that many girls set house as a precondition for marriage. Maybe such requirement is unreasonable, but it reflects the current situation of marriage market. Then let's shift to the relationship between lovers. If he loves her more than she loves him, he may accept her unreasonable requirements.
