How did you and your partner meet?

I went on a dating agency and met up with my husband on the dating agency in a pub,we then started seeing a lot of each other and now we have been married now for 13 years.

my hubby and i met at a church youth function many years ago (25!) (we have been married for 22 of those years). oddly enough, i didnt really like him at first but i cant remember why!

we met through a common friend.:) Then we started dating.:) The first ime we met was in mall exactly 2 years ago.:) Im still with her up to now and we are happy.

I still remember how i met my partner a year ago and it feels like it was yesterday. We are in the same workplace and was attracted for the first time, so we begun dating. I was a walking supervisor for their team that time. Good thing that he was moved into my own team. That way, we can have the chance to see each other more and even talk most of the time.

Oh yes I can still remember the day I met my hubby. We were in camping that time. Some kind of a church activity/fellowship. The pastor of their church is my uncle so he and my cousins are good friends.So he already knew me from them. Until we finally met in the camp and everything seemed so perfect. I can't say if it is love at first sight but I guess it is closer to it.

This is one of my favorite stories. When I met my husband, I was in a long-term relationship with someone else. My then boyfriend, and my husband, were both in bands. Both of their bands were playing in the same bar. My then boyfriend was one of those social butterfly types. He left me alone most of the night. I was buying my own drinks, and just kind of sitting at the bar. My husband had no way of knowing I was with someone. I was talking to the drummer of the boyfriend's band the most, and for a while, my husband thought I was with him, until, he decided we weren't really acting like a couple.
About half-way through the night, my now husband, sat down a couple of bar stools over from me. He didn't give me a line, or anything like that. He just said "Hi" and started asking me questions like he was really interested in what I had to say. I had a few drinks, and probably supplied more information than I would have otherwise. I didn't give him my phone number, but I did tell him where I worked. He showed up at my work a couple of days later, and we took it from there. I was thinking about leaving my long-term relationship anyways. I was actually squirreling money away so I could. Meeting my husband, just made me do it a little bit sooner than I would've otherwise. yes i can still remember very well how we've met. he was my friend's crush but he chose me... LOL... my friend was the one who introduced me to him because she wanted me to have a boyfriend already and then that's it!

My hsuband and I originally met on the internet, through a writing group that we both happened to join. We were both working in the final draft of books we were writing, before we were going to get them published. He got his published first, and then helped me get mine published.
