Does anyone know what could be wrong if your numb under your arm and chest area?

Hi MM I hsve never had any numbness under my underarm etc tht does sound weird, but if I was you I would go to see the Dr if you are sure you haven't strained your arm, it is always best to get it checked out...LoLo

I agree could be a pinched nerve of some sort. I would also call your Dr if it's not doing better on monday. Even ask the nurse on-line for now for suggestions until you can call your Dr.

could be a pinched nerve in your neck or shoulder... if it doesn't get better you should go to the doc

I am no expert, but I thought I would just share my experience. Sometime ago, I had some chest pains which really scared me. I don't have a healthy lifestyle. I drink too much, eat too much grease, and never exercise. So when I had this sudden numbness, and chest pains, I feared the worst. Reluctantly, I went to the doctor only to find out that I was just actually having heart burns. I should learn, and start living healthy after that. But, sadly, I am still the same.
