Once your iPod is connected and your audio cd is in the cd drive, open up iTunes. iTunes should detect your audio cd and should allow you to import the songs from the cd to you iPod. I forgot how to do it that way, and i can't do it right now because i don't have an audio cd with me.
The other way to do it is to click File> Add folder to library. There should be a pop-up window that will allow you to select the folder you want to add. In the pop-up window, browse to My Computer, then look for the drive letter assigned to your cd drive. Open the drive, select the folder which contains the songs, then press Select Folder. The songs will be imported to your iTunes Library. Once the songs are imported, go to your iTunes Library at the left side pane, music section. Select the songs that you imported, and drag them to your iPod (which should be connected). The songs will now be copied to your iPod.
How to tell your iPod is connected? There should be a Devices section with the audio cd's name and the iPod's name.
