What A Pleasant Surprise!

On Sunday afternoons my husband and I like to listen to a Croatian program broadcast over a local station, here in Ontario. After that we like to listen to the Serbian program on the same station. Between those two programs is an Irish program. I am not against Irish music, I just think it's rather odd to have an Irish program between a Croatian one and a Serbian one. That would be as strange as having a Croatian program between an Irish one and a Scotish one. Anyway, the Irish guy evidently forgot to show up this afternoon, and it seems that when the Croatian program ended, The Croatian guy just left the music playing, and went home. So instead of making a quick run to the coffee shop between programs, my husband and I are sitting here listening to an extra hour and a half of Croatian music. :) Woohoo!!! Now let's see if the Serbian lady shows up at 5 to do her show. Hmmm... I wonder if the Irish guy forgot to turn his clock back last night. Then again, if that was the case, he'd have gotten there an hour earlier. Any pleasant surprises for you lately?

I think he got all those songs on line, and just let ths Croatian playlist loose on Random, or something. The Irish guy did show up about 20 minutes later, and resumed his probram. Don`t know why he was 20 minutes late, but that`s OK. Hubby and I got to listen to extra Croatian music. LOL :)

Well, maybe this just happened so you could listen to the type of music you prefer the most more, or the Irish guy could have been sick or something? I know when it comes to music a lot of times I like to be in control, so if I am listening to something and they start playing music I really do not care for, I often just get up and change the music playing as well.

That is very nice to hear. I am glad that you both were able to enjoy it. We have not had any pleasant suprises lately. We have had a streak of bad luck that has not went away yet. I hope it changes to good luck soon.

Last Sunday, when I was casually turning on the TV, a Kannada Movie Ananda was coming in one channel. Since I saw the movie long ago, I was not sure whether that was Ananda movie. The importance for the movie here is that, my daughter has sung a song for that movie. When I knew it was indeed that movie, I called up my daughter and son-in-law, he in turn called up his sister and they all watched my daughter's song in the movie coming in the TV. It was a happy moment for me to see my daughter's voice coming in the TV unexpectedly.
