Has Anyone Ever Tried Croatian/Serbian Plum Brandy?

Yummy! My husband and I got the chance to try this wonderful stuff last night, and we loved it. A Serbian friend of ours told us about it, and our friend that we visited last night happened to have a bottle in the house, so we had some. It was Slivovitz made by Maraska, and it was delicious!! There are all kinds of different brands of Slivovits available all over the world. Maraska that we had last night is made in Zadar Croatia. This stuff can give Mexican Tequilla, and Greek Ouzo a run for their money. LOL

I have never had the chance to try it before myself. I would like to sometime though. I am just not much of a brandy drinker though. I would try it if someone offered it to me.
