It gives you the different types and different goals you want from meditation. In the States, meditation classes are sometimes offered with yoga. Some temples also have meditation sessions. I know many martial arts instructors also would have information. Actually, I have heard that martial arts training is another excellent way of reducing stress, provided you have time and resources. Try online information for where you live. Hope that helps.

Stress is all in the mind so if you try to exercise or run you're actually focused on what you're physically doing 95%. If you are so stressed sitting around or doing the same boring thing each day will not do you any good. You've gotta get out of that shell and run from it...literally! 2 miles would be good for you and your heart too. Take care.
