Win raffle prize  | |  In order to encourage its citizens to ask for receipts for tax revenue, the government here raffles sales receipts every other month. We keep all our receipts, about 2 to 3 inches thick every month. We have so far won the lowest prize of US$7 twice this year which we use to buy toiletries.

I was hoping I can bag the first prize which was a computer package but it was so elusive. LOL I tried to keep receipts everytime I visit a petrol station but I just don't have the kind of discipline you have in keeping them, I eventually lost everything.
