Sorry,Any Bad Experiemce in Flight Journey?

hi balayadav,
i will share to you my mom flight,and it was very sad.the story goes she wake up early and waiting my brother before leaving because my brother promise her to fetch her to the airport.her flight was 10 am and my brother come home at 8 30am.he ate and they go in the airport.they exactly came to the airport at 9 30am.when my mom was ready to put on her stroller the attending staff says that she cannot enter the terminal because she was late then.so my mom beg to give her a chance to enter but she was not allowing by the attendant because she was 10 minutes late and it was close now.so my mom trying to call my brother cell but unfortunately her cell phone was low battery and she ask help to a girl from other flights that she will contact this number.thank God my brother was there and not left because he was to see it flight safe.so my mom run to him and say i was already left and security don't allow her to enter because shes late by 10mins and the plane was about to leave now.so my mom cry because she misses the plane.my brother said to my mom don't worry mom i will rebook your flight schedule.so the next flight my mom successfully arrive safe.that is the bad experience my mom had.
