When you post away on My Lot do you also love to listen to music?

Oh, you are so lucky that you have an ipod! I don't have one of those yet but it's in the pipeline! Yes, for some reason I find it easier to post when I'm listening to my favourite music. I can still concentrate on what others have to say whilst I am listening to music. Without music I would be totally lost! Andrew

Hi jugs jugs: well that's not exactly how i feel about silence. Silence is beautiful too but i think you need silence when you're doing yoga and not when you're here in mylot. When i have to work and everything is in silence i feel more pression on the air, it's just like i'd feel that someone during this silence is telling me that i have no idea about what i'm doing. Lol. I have to have music playing whilst I am posting away on My Lot but I do love silence at times as well as I find silence peaceful and relaxing. For some reason though the music helps me to continue typing and I'm so pleased with that. When there's total silence at times then I find my thoughts starting to drift elsewhere! Andrew

I love youtube and most of the music I listen to on playlist.com comes from youtube. It does make my posting that much more enjoyable. I would recommend it as a technique to everyone. It's good when you can do different things simultaneously whilst online. I too love online gaming although I don't do that as much. They say that music helps the world go round and so it does, it really does! When I am posting away, I'm listening to my relaxing music and I can just forget about everything else for a short while. There's a lot that can be learnt here as well. Andrew

Well, everyone has different kinds of music that they love. I tend to go for very relaxing music, the kind that almost puts you to sleep! I feel like I'm in a trance or something when I am posting away on My Lot. I don't think I could stomach the tv being on though whilst I was online. There are so many dicussions that you can respond to that we could be on here all day if we so wished! Andrew

Oh, I haven't heard of them, I will have to take a look and see what they have to offer. Music makes things that much easier when it comes to posting on My Lot. Without the music I would find things so repetitive and this would be difficult. There are times when you just want to take a short break away from My Lot and it's at those times when I need music the most. Andrew

Hi bing, yes it's a great idea to listen to music when you are writing on My Lot. I find it helps me a lot and I don't become bogged down with everything. Yes, I don't know how I would cope if I didn't get the music playing away first before I started writing on My Lot. I think that music can help you do a lot of things. I also love to read and occasionally I will put some background music on. I love classical music as well as easy listening. Whilst posting away on My Lot I have to take regular tea breaks as well! It helps to have a cup of tea by myside, this also helps me to concentrate. Well, happy posting I guess! Andrew

Yes, that's ok, everyone has a different way of doing things as you say. I find that music helps me to concentrate. I can take a moment's reflection before writing my next post, it's very enjoyable. I'm not that much of a multitasker myself. I like to concentrate on one thing and get it done before moving onto something else. Nice chatting with you. Andrew

Yes, I love My Lot, this is the best site that I know! Music stimulates my mind and I'm sure that I become more productive as a result! I love classical music and I tend to listen to choral works as I find them inspirational. I can post quite a lot when I am listening to music and then I may take a fifteen minute break before returning to the computer and posting some more. Good luck with your own posting. Andrew
