if you don't have your own child,will you be accepted by your family?

I know my parents would have been a bit sad if I hadnt had children because I know they wanted to do the whole grandparent thing.
If I hadnt had kids I would still have been accepted by my family.
Culture, well I dont think its such an issue here in regard of this matter.

i can understand you in some way, but i think the most important thing in our life is happy and to owe a harmonious family. certainly our parents want to become grandparents, but if you indeed dont have your own child, they will love you all the same and also accepte you. for they are your parents, you are their child. at present, people's value is becoming more and more open-mind, you can adopt a child as your kid, which can give a more colourful life to your parents.just an advice for you.

Isn't a person's value worth more than their ability to bear children?? I understand some families put pressure on their kids to have kids. Seems there is always work to be done.

i love child very much, if i donot have my onw child i will be very very sad, and my family will be very sad too, but they will still accept me i think.

My mom was sad that I only had one child (& he died), but she didn't hate me for it or anything. Most people here in the U.S. are fine with other people's choices to have children--or not--whatever they decide, except when they choose to kill their babies so they don't have to rear them. Despite abortion being legal here, most people hate it & don't do it for themselves.

I will still be accepted with my family even if i can't bear a child of my own.i know my family, parents, brothers and sisters will still be there for me.
