How much exercise should one get to stay fit?  | | Just this past year, I quit playing volleyball, which was the one thing that kept me fit pretty much year round. Now that I haven't played much, I've been feeling the little flub around my once trimmed waist. I want to get back into shape and stuff, but have been wayyyyyyy too busy to even stop and do some crunches! How much exercise should I do a day? Better yet, how many times a week? Fitness trainers out there?
