Can I freeze my dessert? | | Today I have baked a lemon meringue pie. I only have a large pie dish and my husband and I will not be able to eat all of this before its no good. Can I freeze this type of dessert? If so what do I do when I want to eat it again, should I left it defrost at room temperature and then heat up in a microwave? I am not sure how it all works with freezing things I have cooked. I have bought this type of dessert frozen before but I do not know if they are fully cooked or not. Anyone know if its ok to freeze this?
