If you have allergies 12 months out of the year, it is hard to say what will get rid of them. If your house is dusty, perhaps you can clean it real good once and it will help the dust allergies go away for a few days. And maybe you would also want to have someone come in and clean the ducts in your furnace. This could be very helpful any time that the furnace is running, or when the air conditioner is running, if it is central heating and air conditioning.

Have you actually had any allergy tests to determine what you are allergic to?

If you are actually allergic to "dust"; that is usually an allergy to "dust mites" - clean the house thoroughly, especially your pillows and mattress. They do have covers you can put over the pillows and mattress if necessary. Also make sure that the humidity in the house is less than 50% - get a dehumidifier if necessary - because dust mites cannot live in a dry house.

Do you have new furniture, carpeting, or even a new house, cabinets, or countertops? All of these release chemicals ino the air for weeks or months and some people are allergic to these chemicals.

Another common allergy that is often hard to diagnose but is very common is "fragrance". Usually it is just one or two chemicals that are the problem; but, since a single drop of "fragrance" can have up to 2,000 different chemicals in it (both man-made and plant derived) it can be very difficult to find out which "fragrances" are the problem; and, they are everywhere. "Fragrances" are used in your cosmetics, soaps, air fresheners, laundry products, candles, etc. Remove any products with "fragrances" and put them out in a shed or a garage for a while where you will not come into contact with them (if they are not the problem you can bring them back inside later). Clean the house thoroughly with fragrance free products (the fragrances get trapped in your carpet, upholstery, curtains, clothes, etc). If after two weeks fragrance free, you still have allergy symptoms; you can bring your fragrences back in the house.

You could also be allergic to somthing else, like food or pets. These can also make you sneeze without causing a rash. Keep a food and allergy diary. List everything you eat - date and time. Also list when you allergy symptoms are better and worse along with date and time. Now, compare the two lists. Keep in mind that food allergies can cause symptoms in as little as 5 minutes or it can take up to 48 hrs to manifest symptoms. Are there any patterns? Sometimes foods and beverages may appear to be different; but, they may have the same preservative or chemical added.

It may take a while; but, the key to getting your allergies under control is making sure you know what you are actually allergic to so you can avoid or eliminate it.

Most allergies related to nose and throat are because of dust. Its advisable to use a handkerchief to cover your nose from dust. If the allergy gets unbearable its better to consult an Ear Nose Throat i.e. ENT doctor. Eat lots of fruits, nutrients from natural fresh fruits help build body defense against allergies.

I too have dust allergy. I was advised to use Aerocort inhaler by the doctor. It really soothes the irritation. For precaution, the best way is to be far from dust. You should keep your place clean and free from dust.

You must go and ask your doctor about your situation. He/ She will know what are the allergens so that he/ she could give you the right anti-allergy for you.

I think it's best for you to go to a hospital nearby and have yourself tested for some allergens there. It's good to know the things that you should be avoiding. Or if you don't want to go to a hospital and have yourself undergone some test maybe you should be more observant and pay attention to things you do.
