Mental peace and self ego

How a frusted person can have overestimation? Frustration is the result of depression which is linked with several factors like desires,failure etc .

Thank you for your response. That's the point. Now just try to look the matter on the reverse way. You find your answer in the question. frustration is the second phase of mind. It is right that frustration is the result of depression. But where from depression comes to the mind. I think from failure. And now what is failure. I think success and failure are contextual. There is not any unanimous definition of success or failure. In one particular stage of life may you considerate as success but that same state can be consider as failure. Just for clarification ... In exam 60 percent of achievement may be considered success and failure of two different student. How estimated his capability is around 60% he feel the situation as success and who overestimated his capability more than that of his actual and achieve less then his estimation, he feel it as failure. So failure and success are mantel assumption. It is obvious that he feel more success in life Who can well estimated on self. So over estimated people people fix his goal far more than his capability and he has less chance of achieving his goal. And thus depression comes to his mind and it resultant to frustration. Frustration is the final stage when he loose the power of self estimation.

thank u 4 ur comment. but remember one thing " Failur is the success awaiting".Thomas alva Edision once said that i learned to make an elecctric bulb 999 times. Look same will be interpreated by a frustated man as Thomas alva Edision failed 999 times in making an electric bulb.It means frustation is a state of mind which could be overcome by positive thinking.

Yes it is right that if some one can survive with the failure till the success come is the best. But on the process if some one lose the temper that is called depression. And the game between the repression and the mental strength is the real taste of the life. And one more thing .... happiness in not in the achievement of the success but in the struggle for the achievement. And who can realize this, he never be depressed in life.

A man may not show his ego. But it is impossible to be a man without ego. Some time ego can inspire to do the best. We do many think that are very hard just to console our ego. So to answer like this question one line is not enough. Its a mantel phenomenon. that's occurs in our subconscious brain. So the some quality ego, self promotion, anger, hatred are too needed as we are man. With out all these we are called God. But we have control our emotion. With out emotion human civilization can't run. But the important thing is that we should be able to kept our emotion under our control. Means... balancing of all those we can achieve a sound and peaceful life. If we have no emotion that how can we feel that we achieve the peace of mind. With out the emotion the human mind will be look like the vacuum. that is also a disease. But not discussable in this topic as this is not related to the massage of this discussion.
