i think u should think about how u can make u know each other,u can talk with her in a moring,just like a acquaintance,say moring,then make a conversation with u 2.let her know u r a nice guy,not a bad guy with some bad purposes to say hello to her suddenly.and u don't need tell her ur feelings about her at the first time.u can be friends at the begining.leave a good impression on her.maybe it is more easy to get her.

you need to take the bull by the horns and tell her already. there is always that possibility that you will never get to see her again so you have to do what you got to do!!!!!! just go for it!!!

you can also take a dog a walk and go pass by her and see if she compliments your dog and then that breaks the ice and you can start to talk to her,. is she doesn't say anything to you but she does smiles at your when you pass by then you have to break the ice yourself and say something to her like hey doyou have a dog, do you walk a dog like i do, do you like dogs?

just bust out with something that comes to your mind at the moment. don't freak her out by telling her thatyou are in love with her. because then she will think you are a weirdo!!! and want torun away or somehting like that.
