Where I live we currently have warm weather! It is sunny,in the 60's and a great day to be outside! I have people walk around with out coats,in short sleaves and even shorts! Alot of people got out their bicycles and motorcycles! People are going to enjoy this indian summer while it lasts! We never got it in October! We were overdue for this!

enjoy while you can, we're going in to summer down here. but there's been unseasonable heat before the start of november, up to the 40's. it's going to be another hot day here, but it cooled off fairly quick last night. good excuse to have a water fight at work thou. have fun.

sounds like it would have been very draining for you. it's bad enough for us to have a few days of heat like that. but at the moment it looks like we could be having to get used to it.

Well our Indian summer literally just lasted one day, by last night it was torrential rain again and even hailstones. This is definitely climate change so if that works the same way in Australia as it has started to do here, your summers will get much hotter with longer humidity.

We had 40 degree heat for nearly three months this summer, but the hardest part was the vey long spell of humidity we got with it, it was draining.

Hi bluespacker, so have we, that's strange to have it so far apart. October is usually one of our better months, not too hot and not too cold, but it's been nothing but rain, but last night there was a strange hot breeze outside, and today the temp. board in town was at 25 C mid afternoon, which I think is round about the 80's. I had to get changed before I set off as was dressed for November in a jumper.Long may it last.

Good for you. Ours didn't even last past midnight by which time it was torrential rain again. It certainly feels cold now and not likely to warm up. Brrrr. Long may yours continue.
