I don't even know if it's queso or quesa dillas. But it is cheese roll in pita bread. A friend said that in school canteens, the concessionaires add a piece of ham. It is an instant hit to students in a hurry to hit the books. Well, quesadillas is now a breakfast food in my home. Yummy!

I love quesadillas from taco bell and kentucky fried chicken but never tried that one being sold in school canteen. I hope we can try it. I know it is cheaper! You made me crave for one...

Pita bread is now available at supermarkets. We use some quick melt cheese or velveeta singles and cooked ham. Microwave, oven, toaster - whatever you have - even s simple pan with cover will do - so long as your heat it - the cheese roll is yummy.

We have quesadillas once in a while if we have extra tortillas. We haven't had them made with flat bread though. We put cheese and chicken in ours. They are a nice quick meal when your in a hurry. We have had them for snacks too with just the cheese. They are so easy to make.

Thanks for the tortillas and the chicken tips. I will try that, too. It is the beginning of another semester in our universities this week. Quick, easy meals are imperative again. Sigh!

It's a slice of cheese melted inside a pita bread. Some add a piece of ham. It is good for snacks. Quite easy to prepare.
