How to make kids study? Once if they sit for studying without losing their.....

I have no idea! As I have the same problem with my son. Often I resort to getting angry and taking away priviledges from him, like TV, computer time or Wii time. Still, it would take hours to just go through an assignment. I don't remember myself to be this problematic when I was younger. I guess kids today just have too many distractions.

As you said if u make children to sit for study,they sit also coz of ur fear tht parents will get angry....but they are not interested...and jst they sit but their minds are somewhere else....First you should do counselling...try to talk wth them and try to understand the importance of study in their way only....Interest is necessary for concentration.....Try to make them study in which they are comfortable....while playing u can make them study...means search such solutions for them....Gud luck..Take care..

Sometimes you need to treat them like you would another adult i find with my son if he does not want to study then i will say ok dont study and take the consequences so if he does not do his homework then he will get a detention this will make him go and think that if he does not do his homework he will get the detention

I used to be like that. When my mother made me sit down to study, I always make excuses to get up and away from the desk. I wasn't a good a student until middle school when I started to take care of my own school work. Maybe you don't need to be too harsh with your children about studying. They are still young, let them enjoy their childhood a little more. When they grow a little older, they would realize how important education is.
