Do you listen to CD's in your car? |
|
I just bought some older cd's to listen to in the car. We always listen to music while riding but the cd.s sound so much better than the radio. And of course it has to be loud!

2. greenline (4407) | 1 month ago | Hello. I like listening to CDs, songs and music. I listen to CDs in the evenings after I get back home from work. That's my favortite way of relaxation and getting rid of the stresses of the day. But, I rarely listen to CDs in the car while driving. I don't listen to the radio either while driving. I need to focus and concentrate on driving.

4. rg0205 (1714) | 1 month ago | We have a whole collection of CDs in the car. We always have music on while driving and yes, the CDs sound so much better than the radio. We usually burn CD Compilation of our favorite music and we update this on a regular basis. That's why we have a lot of CDs in the car.

devideddi (438) | 1 month ago | oh my goodness, I tried to do this! but it wouldn't work for me. The cds that I burned would play in my computer but not in the car. What kind of application did you use to burn them?
| |
|
|
rg0205 (1714) | 1 month ago | We just use the windows media player or nero. You may also want to check your car audio player if it has the mp3 and wma playback and check the format you burn on the CD, too:)

| 5. slovenc1 (76) | 1 month ago | I would listen to cds or probably an usb if i had that option in my car but since only have radio i listen to it. It isn't that bad because most of the time you can hear it normally and you also get information about traffic and radars, and some jokes. The thing i like about radio is that you never know what you'll listen next. I have 200gigs of music on my pc and always listen to it in random mode because hate when u have a cd and you know all 12 songs and you get bored but forget to make a new one.

6. EdTv00 (241) | 1 month ago | I really dislike the radio, they play the same 10 songs over and over again. Hooking up the Ipod or Cds all the way.

| eyebee (8) | 1 month ago | I hear you there. We have around 30 stations here in town, but there are one or two that do play a good variety of music, and not like the average Clear Channel stations that seem to have a three hour playlist. It's the exception though rather than the rule!

7. snowy22315 (8121) | 1 month ago | Sometimes I do, but often times i just listen to the radio. I get tired of the cds that I have in the car and forget to change them so after like the 4th time of listening to them I dont really want anything else.

| 8. eyebee (8) | 1 month ago | I work from home most of the time, so I don't drive a lot, but when I do, I mosre often use mp3s.
I have a slot for an SD card in the car audio, and also a USB stick, so I can fill one with music from the computer, and play that in the car.
I have ripped all the CDs that I have, and it's much easier to play them directly from the computer at home, and transfer them as I described above.
I also have bluetooth on the car audio, so I can also play the music on my Blackberry, or even Internet Radio from it.
So, I don't play regular CDs in the car very often.

10. SnIcKasS (1079) | 1 month ago | I sometimes do. But I also have a connection to my iPod so I can just plug it in and put it on shuffle, or ask someone who drives with me to change to the songs I'd like to hear.
