What is your Exotic food experience?  | |  When I was young my uncle made me eat different kinds of exotic food (without my knowledge). I have tried "monitor lizard adobo"(adobong bayawak),
"fried frog"(piniritong palakang-bukid), "golden apple-snail"(kohol) to name a few.

Its good actually, especially if the one preparing is an experienced cook for those kinds of delicacies.  danitykane (1069) | 1 month ago |  I ate it about five or six years ago, when we went to Bulacan. Then the kohol, it was like so many years ago...my cousin got it from Pateros and his Mom cooked it with coconut milk.. It taste so good.

I think the most exotic food I ate was the squash flower. But dogs, rat, bugs, snakes, frogs, worms, lamb, goat. NEVER! Even liver. I don't like it. I prefer fruits and vegetables, tuna and chicken.

There are also exotic fruits and seafood, maybe you'd want to try those. I have an allergy with seafood though so I haven't tried too much. | |
