have u tried a bat soup? oh dear, i ever tried it, pretty good but that was when i didnt know it was a bat soup,my friend was saying it was a chicken soup,fool of me, i didnt check it, but even if he paid me, i'm not gonna eat it anymore..

do swimming regularly..it helps me to reduce about 1,5 kilos in a month, and you should take your dinner before 7 p.m or at least 2 hours before you sleep.

yes, several times.. since i have to concentrate on working and studying, fortunately i never had a bad mark and my lecturer could understand about my situation also. but i suggest: "kids, don't try this at school.." (^_^)
