We have a rowing machine and an exercise bike that have been collecting dust. They both aren't quite working correctly anymore, but they cost so much money I hate to get rid of them! We are all trying to exercise more here at our house. Hopefully, it will all pay off.

my boyfriend is at least 2 stone overweight and with his asthma and athritis,he really needs to lose weight,so last year i bought him a rowing machine,it's been gathering dust now for months,he keeps saying he'll start using it again, but i know he won't,,i also bought myself a treadmil, not realising that my condition meant i couldn't use it,i tried once and lasted 2-3 mins on it,then had to lie down coz my legs went funny and i felt sick, the doctor told me off and said not to use it again,so that is also gathering dust

We just started using our equipment again yesterday. We have a treadmill and a bike a weight bench and a curl bench, they were not being used for several months but my husband and I have decided to get fit again so we cleaned everything out and moved everything around in our basement and we started working out again yesterday so the dust is going to have to land some where else from now on.
