Hello cutepink
Fast foods are rich in cholesterol and may increase blood cholesterol level above normal limit. High cholesterol is harbinger of many serious diseases like heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure etc. Therefore I would advise you to cut down on your fast food and get your blood cholesterol level checked. The blood test is known as lipid profile.
Sodas add more and more calories to your diet but provide almost no nutritional values and one ends up in gaining more and more weight but lacking important vitamins, proteins and minerals in one's body.
I understand that it is difficult to completely stop soda all at once since I was also once a victim of that but what I did was that I slowly decreased my soda intake like from having it ni big glasses to small glasses then skipping it in one meal etc.
Hope it helps!

Fast food meals are usually very high in calories and not very high in nutrients. While you may not realize it now, as you get older, you'll realize how much you've abused your body and your body will remind you. Coke and other soft drinks are the worst because they have a lot of calories and nothing good for your body at all. I was addicted to it once but when my stomach started hurting after drinking it, I quit and was amazed at the little problems that just disappeared.
