Do you believe him?do you believe what he says about him self just by phone?do you tell the truth about you?
Do you love him?he loves you?
As i know usually man close to woman because he want something.
Why dont you try to meet?

I dont think its crazy although as some have posted you cant honestly trust and believe everything that one says over the phone. You two have a different type of relationship and connection since neither of you have seen or met each other. Ive met a few people online and become friends and have yet to meet them (they are in different countries). But you didnt state what form of relationship you both have whether it be friends or an intimate relationship?. I wouldnt classify it as an intimate relationship since you have not made that connection. But remember to listen to what he says and if the stories dont add up or you have a gut feeling always listen to it. It could be hes going through a hard time or just wants someone to talk and listen to whereas you may feel like you ve connected and fallen in love.

hello, butterflytears. Not all people would understand your situation unless they're been or currently in the same situation as you. But, we can't still avoid to doubt the person if all what he said is true. Are you serious of your relationship?

I had a male friend who was also of Filipino descent but already an American citizen. We chatted everyday, saw each other through skype facilities, and mostly texting each other. We had done that usual daily routine for almost two years. Sometimes he initiated calls to my cellphone and we talked long. I found out something that really made me decide to stop the "relationship". I really dislike people who are dishonest and those who purposely lie to get away with events. It may be the woman's instinct in me, I seem to easily sense if there is something "fishy". I confirmed that fact and I stayed away from him. I don't see anything beneficial to both of us in a long-distance relationship. It would surely be different on a personal encounter thing.
