How Do You Add Music Streaming To A Blog?

I am about to start a blog and will need to be able to have people stream music from it (not download MP3s) legally. Is there a way you can link to the itunes store to a particular track or link to the track if it's uploaded on a server somewhere? Is it safe? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I really have no idea. I am not that techie. If you learn how to do it though send me a message. I would find it interesting to find out. It would ber very interesting to find out an easy way to do somthing that could be so much fun.
