Billy Finally Blew It!

I am glad that Billy lost Mac. He is a horrible person who only cares about himself. I think what Mac is doing for Cane and Lily is sweet. I can understand how Lily feels about wanting a baby and with Mac wanting to make this dream come true I think it is a precious gift of all.

I didn't see how they could go back to gether in the first place. I didn't watch back when they were kids and together, but from what has been said... Mac has not changed a bit.. however Billy has changed TOTALLY. He is nothing like they say he was. And it is so blatant and forced... how could MAc not see that in the first place! Plus he was married and he left his wife just for her...if she hadn't come back to town.. Billy and Chloe might have had a chance! So I never did see how her especially, could have thought things would work out for them. I say let Billy be alone and make something of himself... Restless Style not particularly his style to make something of himself, but give it a shot. Go back to JAbot and take a subsidiary and make it something huge and important... don't just trash the guy by making him a looser, woman chaser.

I think Mac falling for Billy this time was more out of the unforfilled past love for him than a present day attraction. Now that she is seeing what his true nature is with the Restless Style articles and opposition to the surragocy, her feelings are changing.

Billy has definitely done some stupid, boneheaded things lately, but I can understand his point of view regarding Mac being a surrogate. He absolutely loathes Cane -- the idea that Mac is having his baby naturally has to drive Billy crazy. On the other hand, he seems to be ignoring the fact that this would be Lily's baby too and she really wants something to look forward to in her life right now...Billy and Lily WERE dating not too long ago so he should care about her feelings. Still, I can totally understand why it might be upsetting to find out your girlfriend wants to spend nine months carrying a child that isn't yours. Even if he and Mac work it out temporarily, I don't think he'll be able to stay faithful to her during the pregnancy. Chloe is definitely making a commitment to Chance now, but I still think it might be tough for her to refuse Billy if he drops Mac and starts pursuing her 24/7. She's not over him, that's for sure.
